Deep Burial Race - Race head to head in teams of three to perform a deep burial beacon rescue. Meet at the flag poles in front of the Mountain House at 3 p.m.
Beacons will be buried in five to six feet of packed snow and will require teamwork, technique, and sweat to unbury them. Radio Brewing Social, Panhandle Backcountry Transition Race and Raffle Head up to Radio Brewing Company and enjoy some local craft beer, great food, good conversation, and fantastic company.
USASA Boardercross/ Skiercross and Rail Jam Head to head racing will be happening on a specially built course, with categories for everyone.
After the race enjoy hot chocolate and other fine beverages from Trail Maniacs.Beginner riders will do two laps (4.4 miles) and advanced riders will do four laps (8.8 miles).Helmets and fat bike with a minimum of 4" wide tires are required.AWARDS for both BX/SX as soon as possible after the Rail Jam in the Village Area.
